Refund & Exchange
For all defected items, IEATFLUFFYTHINGS would require a photo of the defected area(s)and will proceed with the refund/exchange.
Refunds would only be allowed one week after IEATFLUFFYTHINGS have posted the item/upon collection.
Strictly no refund/exchange policy for products that you dislike or does not fit you.
Pricing & Products
All the prices stated on the site are non-negotiable.
All prices stated exclude shipping/delivery cost, shipping/delivery cost would be advised separately.
All products are on first come first served basis.
Blacklist
For shoppers whom:
- Did not make any payments after ordering, if you decided to change/cancel order, just let us know so that we don't have to disappoint any shoppers.
- Go uncontactable after submitting orders
- Dead Buyers

Order & Delivery
Ordering
Please submit only your CONFIRMED orders and if you would like to make any changes or cancellation, kindly inform us.
Once you have submitted the order, please wait for a confirmation invoice via email from IEATFLUFFYTHINGS. Please allow at least 48 hours for us to get to you as soon as possible, once you received the invoice, payments have to be made within 24 hours or the product would be put on sale again unless there is an agreement with IEATFLUFFYTHINGS and the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
Your submitted orders are not a confirmation order. Your orders will only be confirmed once you received a confirmation email attached with your invoice from IEATFLUFFYTHINGS. The reason for doing so is to ensure that each shopper would get the item they wanted and also its based on the first come first served basis.
Local Shipping
Because IEATFLUFFYTHINGS is handling with soft toys and hey do come in different sizing and weight, so there is no standard shipping fee therefore, once you have selected your items, we would advise you on the shipping cost.
But of course we have other options available:
1) Self-Collection (We are located near EW26 Lakeside Mrt Station, the green line)
2) Free Meet-ups @ MRT Stations (BoonLay, Lakeside, Chinese Garden)
3) Meet-ups @ other MRT Stations (the fee would depends on the various location requested)
4) Delivery to Door (the fee would also depend on the various location requested)
International Shipping
Sad to say that International shipping is not available on IEATFLUFFYTHINGS yet, we are still growing :)
Mode of Payment
Once you have received the invoice, kindly make your payments to IEATFLUFFYTHINGS within 24 hours to POSB SAVINGS 209-63794-4 , we accept bank transfers, internet banking, ATM transfers. For all ATM transfers, we require a snapshot of your receipt.
For Bank Transfers, internet banking, we do need the reference number.
Please inform us via text once you have made the payment, so that we could prepare and sent out your items As soon as possible.
